Curious about the intersection between yoga practice and Jewish living? The practice of yoga engages the body, mind and spirit with the ultimate goal of self-discovery and growth. The promise of yoga is to extend the exercises and strategies cultivated on the mat into daily life. The same principles that guide yoga practice can be used to embody your Jewish practice. Together we will engage in a multi-level vinyasa flow yoga practice designed to make Judaism more accessible and personal.
This free workshop is limited to the 15 people to register. Mats provided.
